Payment Terms and Conditions

By making a purchase through the platform, you agree to comply with all policies, guidelines, and updates issued by us. These terms apply exclusively to transactions between you and the seller.

1.Payments must be made using a legally valid credit or debit card.
2.Payment cancellations are only allowed if the order is not fulfilled, significantly differs from the seller’s description, or does not comply with the agreement.
3.Refunds are processed only if the seller approves and initiates the request.
4.All refunds will be returned via the original payment method to the original payer.
5.Refund processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Return & Exchange Policy

1.Customers can request a product exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.
2.Exchanges can be made for the same product or a different item.
4.Returned items, including price tags and packaging, must be in original condition.
5.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the issue is caused by the store, we will cover all expenses.
6.Processing time for exchanges is 2-3 days after receiving the returned item.
7.All items are eligible for exchange only. Refunds are not available in any case.
